    This passage is based on the Masoretic texts which lists his height as nearly nine feet nine inches , Masoretic is the foundation of the English King James bible, however according to the Dead Sea scrolls his height was closer to 6'9, the dead sea scrolls being much older than the Masoretic texts suggest Goliath's height was changed to make David's feat much greater!

    You know not what you speak. The scriptures don't care about mans thoughts towards the word of God. Nothing was exaggerated. Goliath was a giant. Your lack of faith will only hurt you in the end
