What it is saying is that, them which have died in the flesh will be returning at the 7th trump with Christ. On the return of Christ as spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2, we will all be changed. At that time there will be a war for about 10 minutes of 180 lbs hail stones dropping on Jerusalem, because it is the gathering place for them that followed the fake who came pretending to be God and Satan playing as if he were Jesus will get his head crushed and everything around him will be flatten to dust. So, when the devil shows up acting like he is Jesus for 2 and a half months, don't follow him to the desert or any place.
