Although Matthew Henry"s commentary is exactly correct, we all still have a desire to learn and to know about being ceremonially clean or unclean. For these things, after all, are written for our admonition/our learning, and not for nothing. I would advise that you continue, also, to read Matthew"s commentary that you may gain knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Also, there are others, including Charles Spurgeon, C.S. Lewis, and R.C.
