    You need to learn how to use the Search Box for this website. It's there when you first come in. Put your scripture: chapter and verse in. Hit the arrow.

    You'll see the chapter appear with your verse highlighted yellow.

    Scroll down some till you see the Commentary Box. Click that.

    You'll see a commentary on what your scripture means; or it may define all the sayings in the chapter.

    You see what the Bible is saying. There's quite a long commentary on your verse.

    It's helpful to see what the commentary says about hard sayings.

    It simply means God changed His mind about what He was going to do.
