    It continues to amaze me how Rahab married into Judah by Salmon while Ruth married into the Judah by their son Boaz and they had Obed who begat Jesse who begat King David.

    There's little bits of info in the genealogies that match with stories of people's lives. I'd miss huge gaps in Genesis until I slowed down to literally read at a snails pace.

    Keep 'Cliff' in your Bible and pray for him to turn back to God.
