This scripture is saying to love Jesus with all, give him your all. These are the three parts of you the devil wants mind, soul, might. God is not asking you, he is commanding you to do this. I want your all I want you to love me with all you have in you. In Matthew Jesus said it again, Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus said to love the Lord God with all your heart, with all your soul, all your mind, with everything you have in you.
