Did Jesus inter Hell after he gave up the ghost.

Simple answer is Yes, and I believe these passages confirm that he needed to do this to conquer death for our salvation, and also Jesus talked of his resurrection in the gospels. I pray this helps.

    Ephesians 4:10

"He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)"

    1 Peter 3:19

"By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;"

    1 Peter 3:20

"Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water."

    Acts 2:31

"He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption."

Jesus did descend into hades to get His property of the condemned souls that belongs to Him now...Because of His conquering and His defeat over death.

First of all what do you mean by when He gave up the ghost?

    Means he died.
