I agree with your understanding, Miguel. However, in present context, if a man so wears his hair that resembles a woman then there is confusion. Likewise, a women cutting her hair in a way to be confused with a man's cut. Of course, there are occasions, maybe medical reasons, for that to be the case, but our appearance (as with clothing) should depict what is consistent with our genders. Yet, we are not appointed judges on these matters, God is, but we're to declare the Word of God (1 Corinthians chapter 11).
