    I have a prayer request . I was suffering from depression and a negative mindset . Please pray for me . May God bless you

    I also have periods of depression, especially during certain times of the year. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you how to lift yourself out of it. Pray. Ask Him to search your heart for any sins that you haven't asked forgiveness for. Cast the depression at Jesus's feet for He does care for you. You might sing, or read a favorite part of the Bible. Or get busy with housework or a hobby. Visit or call someone. Do something to help yourself. I WILL INDEED PRAY FOR YOU.
