In the book of Psalms, is it representing The Son of Man talking to God The Father

Gregory, may the Spirit grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

2 Samuel 23:1-2 Now these be the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said,

(vs 2) The Spirit of the Lord spake by me, and his word was in my tongue.

Yes, Jesus is the one speaking in Psalms as also in all other scriptures; sometime to the Father sometime to us. Be sure you keep the pronouns in the proper order. The word of God will take on a whole new meaning as you study these prophecies and their relationship to you, the Father and the Son.

These scriptures do show the Godhead speaking amongst themselves. Before and after the Cross.

The Scriptures about the Godhead. Sometimes called "Let Us..." in some passages. These scriptures are evidence of all 3 persons of the Godhead speaking to each other.

    Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7

    Isaiah 6:8

    Romans 1:20

    Colossians 2:9

    Acts 17:27-30

    1 John 5:7

    John 10:30
