    If you have a red letter edition of the King James Bible,

    You'll find the parables in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The red letters are Jesus speaking or telling a "parable" (story) to demonstrate faith, salvation or instruction.

    You will see red letters in the Book of Acts, in some places. He spoke when Paul fell off his horse on the Road to Damascus.
