I think Cain just chose evil, like so many do. Everyone has freewill to choose. And most will choose evil and will go to hell. That's the sad reality. Jesus died for you and many don't respect or value that and when they sin its like slapping Jesus in the face and makes a big statement. I don't believe Cain is from Satan. I think he was just a human with freewill like everyone else who will go to hell for his stupid worldly decisions.
Hello Adam ,Genesis ch4 tell us of Cains murder of Abel ,its only my opinion ,it seems to me that Cain was jealous / envious because God had respect towards Abels offering and Cains offering was inferior ,i think its worth noting that when God gave the statutes regarding sacrifices to Moses that God commanded thet everone should offer the same things ,thereby ensuring that no one felt inferior or superior because they were able to and did offer more or less that was required ,therefore no one could be jealous or proud regarding their offerings to God . No hard feelings between brethren ,which is nice .
We are of the seed of Adam...Adam due to his and his wife's fall in the garden become sinful...disobedient unto God..therefore every man ever born since then...has been born into sin...we are born with lost souls.. God says in His Word that if we are not of Him, we are in fact a child of the devil..we are ALL God's children...but not ALL children of God....Free will was given to man as God would not force anyone to love and follow Him...Cain had free will and he chose to allow his jealousy (natural emotion for mankind, but not of God) over his brother become more important in his life than being pleasing in God's sight...His pride led him to murder his own brother and sin against a Holy and Righteous God...that loved him!
