    Could someone please tell me where in the Bible before the birth of Jesus was He referred to as the Son of God, and I know that there are verses that talk about the birth to come but I can't find where He is called the Son of God but only referred to as the Word of God, please help me with finding the answer, thank you.

    Hi John ,i think psalm 2 is all about Jesus ,there are lots of verses that reffer to an only son a first born son etc ,Isaiah ch7 v14 also somewhere in Daniel ch7 ,it really is best to read the entire Bible as it is all connected and some things are slowly revealed ,its fine to look up certain things but to me its a bit like just watching one scene from a film ,i dont think you can appreciate or fully grasp the whole story unless you see or rather read it all ,may God bless you in your efforts to get to know Him and Jesus His Only Begotten Son ,John ch1 v18. John ch1 v34.
