Bible Discussion Thread

None of those scriptures U had posted here answers the question about people not being perfect. The Bible says, Be ye therefore perfect as Your father in heaven is perfect. Job was Perfect. Noah was perfect, Nathaniel had no guile in his life, Mary had to be Perfect to bare the Son of God. John and his mother Elizabeth was perfect because John was baptized of the the Holy Ghost in his mother's womb. Enoch was perfect because he walked & talked with God. Sought after God's own heart and God took him. The scripture, No not one is righteous is talking about a group there in that same chapter that was living an ungodly life. Doesn't pertain to Christians. All have sinned is a past tense statement meaning that we were all born in sin and did sin until we asked forgiveness and God cleansed us from ALL sin. Not to return to our vomit like a dog. John says that a man that sins is not of God. The prayer of a RIGHTEOUS MAN availeth much. The Bible talks about a man being righteous all thru the new testament. Without being righteous, no man shall enter into heaven. No sinner shall enherit the kingdom of Heaven. The Bible says ALL things are possible with us because ALL things are possible with Him meaning that we can live above sin thru Christ Jesus. Don't try to make God a weak God by saying that He can't keep us from sinning if we turn our lives over to Him. He is not weak and we are not weak if we serve Him. ALL things are possible thru Jesus who strengthens us....ALL has no exceptions in those lines. Where is faith if You believe that U are going to fail. Without faith U cannot please God.. we are as our faith is.....
