    Seek God to fill you with the Holy Ghost. Desire it...thirst for it and see Him ..He will give you the Holy Ghost if you make sure you follow after God and His ways. I got it when i least expected it...actually was praying for someone to get saved..they did and i received the Holy Ghost lol Praise God!!! Trust in Him..seek Him

    Hello! God bless you! If you are a born-again believer in Christ, you received the Holy Ghost when you asked Jesus to forgive your sins. I advise you to pray without ceasing and read the Bible. He will reveal his presence.
