You said it yourself ! None of us can escape our impure or sinfull or wicked thoughts ! We may not have the same sinfull thoughts but we all have them at some time ,none of us are pure and as long as we are flesh none of us will be ,you are right ! NONE OF US ! That means you ! and me ! and EVERY ONE ELSE ! There are many many different kinds of impurities / sins , none of us is clean of our own selves CHRIST IS OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS ,we have none of our own !
Christianity is couched in the paradox that everyone inherently sins, and church is the remedy. Christianity and sin resolution were made for each other, like water is wet. God has a monopoly on salvation through the Christian branch. Makes me feel sorry for the others who by virtue of their own pagan religions, are shut out; Noah closed the cabin door.

You can put sexual sins on hold, but you can't overcome impure thoughts. Escape to Jesus, live rent free in paradise.
