    To expound on the subject,in addition to other Nice comment

    Of When a person feels in there heart,they have trespassed like,direct to God.

    And would like to do something about it.and to know the results.. Real Good thing one can do is a 'Fast for Forgiveness'

    Discovered that during a fast,a person is like building a foundation/structure or adding to one

    After the fast.the person receives the reward,reaction to it all

    God with his Mysterious ways n Powers,Transforms.Humility into Royalty,Grace,Understanding...thats the Reward

    While the fast is going on, Weekness is Transformed into Strength..its powerful

    Experienced,when a person wants something extra from God

    Really helps to do something extra for him

    not to keep on, couple other's on this expounded subject

    Its not what goes into a person that defile n corrupts.its what comes out

    another is,Loose lips sink ships..not biblical but God owns evrything..ha

    He can raise a ship from the bottom midst of the sea, make it stronger then ever
