Bible Discussion Thread

This is the first time I have read the gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John. I found them so enlightening and very moving. I know all that was said in the gospels was meant to be, but still think to myself of how the Jews condemned a totally innocent man to death on the cross and let a murderer go Free!! I know the Pharisees were jealous of Christ’s power over the people, but the Jews saw all of the miracles that Christ performed, and they still did not believe. When Christ said to the Jews, "Do not cry for me but cry for your children’s children", these words came true! Even when the leader of the Jewish faith said before he died that Christ had told him he was the messiah 2000 years ago, they still could not believe. Be it on their own heads. Where will they turn when Christ’s second coming arrives in all his glory! God have mercy on us all!!
