what should i do when things are turning upside down for me, or which bible verse should i read to encourage me ??,

Trust in God. Quit worrying about the things of this world. It is a lack of trust that God will take care of it.

I do not know your situation, sometimes we can go through some pretty lousy times, that is hard to for us see an out. It can look so dark we cannot see any light. Let me assure you there is light out there if we hold fast to our faith. Start with prayer, ( Psalms 66:20) Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.



Matthew 6 is a good chapter, if we strive to live in this way the Spirit of Christ will lift us up and give us the strength to get through. We must keep in our thoughts, the life to come is our hope in Jesus Christ. It may take time but don't give in and when you see better times don't forget who brought you through, give Him all the praise and glory.

A good start is Romans chapter 8.

Psalm's. 1. , 2 , an 3 ,.. read em , mediation on them ,.. an trust , in the lord

Romans 8:28-39 gets inspirational also, 2 Peter 1:1-8, also 1 John 3:1+2 Let the Word do the Work.

Dear Proscovia , we have all been where you are right now , please don't dispair , try to stay calm and think before you act , every thing will be ok , have patience and trust in your Saviour , the harder you lean on Him the more He will support you , don't fear any thing ,He is with you . Matth ch28 v20 , John ch16 especially v 33 and any Psalm , these are all a massive comfort to me , pray also , tell God how you feel , He already knows but it helps US when we pray , prayer is always good for us but we must be very honest when we pray , honest with ourselves and with our God . God loves our honesty , it isn't always pleasant but He wants us to trust Him and we show are faith by honest prayer . Our truth is some times unpleasant because we are all sinners but God is extremely mercyfull , the least we can do is be honest .
