I'm putting this out there in Ephesians 6: 1+2 its says children obey your parents in the lord for this is right then to honor father and mother for this is right. The context is to christians so in that sense women are teachers also, now biblically Fathers head of house but both have responsibility to teach or instruct children so in that capacity and other capacities women are teachers. If fathers do not fulfill priestly duties in the home (and many don't), then it falls to the mother.
Any arguing over this must be done in private. It's never good for children to know of this.
Let all be done in joy, forgiveness and privacy. This frees God to minister to the father. Which is what we want.
