Yes, every word in this chapter inspired by God.
And inspired by God means ‘the story is told God’s way’, the message is given by God. It does not necessarily mean everything that happens in the story is God’s way.
There are good and bad people in the Bible, but count of the story is God’s way; even good people could make mistakes or do wrongs, which is not of God. But the story is told God’s way. That’s “what inspired by God” means.
