There are several scriptures referring to what I call "lower case gods". God could and did create "lower case gods" born again believing christians are created in God's image...in His likeness. To my way of thinking we truly are God's children. We are never-created-before beings. First John states a Jesus is now so are we also in this in this world,now.... I have one question: how did Satan gain the title of "god of this world" unless he had taken it by deception, when Adam gave him godship over the world to a Satan by partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. My word study of "this world" suggests that "this world" does not refer to our planet, but to man's conversations., or culture. Jesus returned lower case gods to having dominion over the world. We as His children, don't take Psalm 82:6 seriously...if we did this world would not be ruled any Satan. I know that the gospels treats Satan as "god of this world", but the only way he can influence our conversations is through deception...God does not make us sick; Satan does. There is no sicknesses or deserves in God. He has lovingly given us His kingdom with the keys to His kingdom. Man's redemption, authority, faith, mind of Christ, and the power, the love and a sound mind all came after the resurrection of Jesus. We also have His name to use for all knees shall bow before that name. Satan must bow, evil spirits must bow and thoughts that exalt themselves above God,s word must be cast down to the obedience of Jesus. How can we not be "lower case gods" with all that God has give us: righteousness, peace joy, the faith of Jesus, not faith in Jesus. But His word is above all..which He has also given to the world; we must believe Psalm 82:6, though.... Thanks for reading...this.

I was earlier telling of a friend, Charles Capps, that taught on the authority of Jesus inside of Believers. It's on YouTube. He's Texan like me; not a televangelist type. Good ole guy. In heaven now.

He taught, that by Abraham being willing to sacrifice his son Isaac; Jesus had the legal right to be born as the Son of Man: fully God and fully human.

Satan can't do that. He can only borrow a body. (like Pharaoh, Judas). Satan was created by God. He is not nor has ever been human. All he has is deception. He had to get permission to trouble Job.

An outlaw Satan smirked when Jesus was crucified on the Cross. He thought he had won. He would never have let the Pharisees betray Jesus to the Romans if he knew what was going to be the result. A legal human Savior was going to die for the sins of all humankind.

Instead of one Savior preaching the Gospel on earth, now he has to deal with millions preaching the Gospel. Add fasting with prayer, and there's no telling what could be accomplished in this nation. Can anyone preach THE LATTER RAIN ?

If only someone would teach what Jesus did to give us His Authority. We were all given Dominion in Genesis 1:26

Dominion plus the Authority of Jesus, gives us the right to be the Devils worst nightmare; day or night.

If we understood what Jesus accomplished, we could walk in the victory with heads up. Suited up in the Armor with the Authority to speak the Word/Scripture with power and authority.
