Hi , I believe that the 2nd represents us , Christians , the Jews being the firstborn . I believe that Saul represents the Mosaic laws given to the Jews and David represents Christianity as his sins were forgiven but Saul's weren't . I hope I've explained this enough for you , I don't like to go into too much detail because I don't want to influence you too much . I know that I much prefer to find things out for myself . These are just my thoughts , others may disagree .
