The way you know for sure, that the real Jesus has returned in his much looked forward to 2nd coming,.. is at that time in that instant, if your still alive in the flesh, you instantly loose the flesh an return yourself into your natural spiritual body,.. so point being; as long as you are in the flesh, an someone says Jesus is here ,.
