Tim, sorry I did not see your post until today. If you are in the USA, we are not under any Ceasar's nor king except for The KING of Kings, THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. our Contitution of The United States of America & every independent State Contitution states "We the People " are the Governing force. Please read our Declaration of Independence._.. "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, & to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate & equal station to which the Laws of Nature & of Natures GOD entitle them, ._.. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their CREATOR with certain unalienable Rights that among these are life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness - that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed-"

I believe those who helped form our Government already answered for us that those whom we have chosen to bring about justice, peace, protection, do not rule over us, rather we together have the rights to refuse such. & furthermore.."that when any Form of Government becomes destructive..It is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it..Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. *But when a long train of abuses & usurpations ... It is our Right it is our Duty to throw off such Government, & to provide new Guards for their future security.
