This is referred to as returning to vomit. Peter 2 ;21 This whole chapter discusses what happens when people follow false prophets, teachers as it were. Leading the flock away from the truth. How God deals with our souls after we die, will be according to His will. If you wanted me to find a pearl in the middle of a field, so that I would look hard enough, wouldn't you tell me there was 100 pearls or more to find? Such is the extremes of God's judgment upon man! Heaven and hell, light and dark, extremes we must live in. When you except Christ into your life, these questions are all answered, while we are now redeemed and sanctified by His death and resurrection, through faith unto salvation! saved into a life eternal! What better answer than that?
