    Today is a great day to write down all things God has done for you and in you and keep in mind we

    can't remember all His benefits just don't forget them! Also Ephesians 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto

    God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ its a mind set, thanksliving is thanksgiving.

    Yes, having an attitude of gratitude as "watch phrase". Helps me to remember to be thankful for even the smallest matters. God sees and knows all of what we need daily and provides for us, whom He loves. Praise the Lord!
