Dgjot It doesn't work that way, that was a specific situation so our occupation is to walk in Love and let God

deal with it. You can rebuke another believer lovingly to bring his attention to his error, to bring him back to

right believing, the idea is to change the influence of the one your dealing with. Sometimes that requires tough love.

And we are told to resist the devil and he will flee from us. James 4:7.

Is there another Scripture that says we can rebuke evil people or entities?

Gigi When we submit ourselves to God and His Word and walk in faith that is rebuking, it is resistance to back off

evil intent because the adversary can't touch us when we submit ourselves to Gods word because we are backed up

by the power and authority behind that word. It is not a force thing it is never flesh and blood physical, it is renewed

mind subjected to Gods authority. Our presents and speech has a greater impact than we think. If you rebuke another believer who's out of line that means to convincingly change there mind in love. Prayerfully sister this helps explain clearer.
