I would say that Jesus did not change the unclean and clean food Laws in the Bible. They are still in effect. There is not a Bible verse to clearly support that He ate Biblically unclean food.

The Lord showed Peter in dreams in 10, while in prayer on the rooftop that God has made all foods clean. (He is also sowing Peter that Gentiles are made clean as well and can inherit salvation just like the Jews as He referenced Cornelius).
Paul did not adhere to the OT food regulations after his conversion. Neither he nor Peter had ever eaten unclean foods before conversion, but after, they did, no longer being bound by these food laws.

Food cooked responsibly and received with prayer and thanksgiving is clean. The power of "clean" is in Jesus Name.
Even John the Baptist ate roasted locusts. Follow the scriptures and don't be in bondage to laws. The law is the School Master until Grace comes; who is Jesus.
