This is a good question. I suggest that you study the accounts and make a four column graphic to write down some major differences and similarities. That may help.
You could also google the question and you may find such a graphic. I have not looked yet, but will do so tomorrow and get back to you if I find something.
JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR
I found one site that outlines the nativity accounts.
Bible Bridge
You may look it up and see if that helps
of our saviour's ministry on earth including his birth Mathew as King, Mark as servant, Luke as man, John as the Son of God. Also
the reason 4 Gospels the number 4 pertains to the world biblically, i.e. 4 seasons of the year 4 times 6 24 hours
in the day, man has 4 growth stages, so the Gospels represent our Saviour's ministry on earth. Everything God
God put in His Word is there for a specific reason like examining creation or nature up close. My favorite example
is humming birds because what they can do is aerodynamically impossible!. Also the alaskan wooly caterpillar
in winter hybernate's and in this state has no blood flow and no pulse and yet in spring thaw comes back to life
In Psalms 138:2 God says above all his creation stars planets earth etc. the greatest work is His Word! thou has
magnified thy word above all thy name! Look up numbers in Scripture
