We had a conversation on this subject a week or so ago. I am not sure if the posts are still up, but you can check.
Some sources think that it was around September 14/15 at the beginning of a Jewish New Year. Others say it may have been May or June. Others have said early Spring. I wish we could know for sure. It would sure settle a lot of things. But perhaps it was not recorded in Scripture for a reason, since surely Mary, who was with the disciples on Pentecost and after, knew exactly when He was born (mothers never forget!).
Historical records show that His birth was celebrated in December around the solstice in the 2nd or 3rd century A.D. but it was not widespread until a few centuries later.
actual birthdate somewhere around sept 11th 3bc. look it up it fits biblically when researched with His Star.
Appreciate everyone's reply,, :-)
