This page is currently not showing replies to comments in the main list, but only original (root) comments. You then can view replies after clicking on the replies/thread button.
Previously, it showed all replies and that same list as original (root) level comments. This same view still exists if you click the link 'View newest replies' above.
Quick Poll: Which do you prefer as the default view for this Bible Discussion page?
A. With replies
B. Without replies

I've been thinking about other ways to make this site improved since you indicated that you are seeing input. I have already suggested few things. But here are a few more.
Have the page numbers be listed on the bottom and the top of the page.
Have a way to view another posters posts either most recent or as a history
I thi k that the encouraging comments and Christian life could be combined as one
Perhaps have a tab for basic necessary Christian beliefs that people can add their understanding of the tenet even if it isn't a current tending conversation.
This way, anyone can goon that tab and read up on the tenet of choice to gather information that will help them learn and develop a solid foundation.
B . Defo without replies . It's much better , especially the questions pages . The original question stays on the top . This makes it easy to identify it as the original question and therefore to answer it . I like that some days I don't have time to answer and now I can come back a few days later and easily find the question again as it stays on the top .
One more suggestion. I would like the page numbers to be at the top of the page also, instead of just at the bottom. It is inconvenient to have to scroll down to the bottom on each page to get back to the page I am seeking to return to after responding to a post.
I like the posts aligned with the original post, so view tread was helpful. But I like the button that says whether a post has been replied to or not. I am not sure if the Amen button is helpful unless that Amen goes back to the original poster.

I like to be able to see if posts get replies. So, this new format works well for me.
Thanks
