I am in an abusive situation. I am being physically tormented often. I cannot prove the people involved. There are multiple and I cannot escape. They monitor me and follow me secretly. I have tried to tell but no one listens. I am a believer.

It is a lot more complicated than it sounds. I'm an adult. The problem is that I can't prove what is happening. I've already gone to law enforcement. They have no evidence to go on. I'm sort of stuck. I know that God didn't cause this, but is allowing it. I just have to trust Him that eventually, He will bring these people to justice. In the meantime, I'm believing God for His grace and strength. I just don't know what else to do.

Since you are able to access a computer and send messages on it, have you considered emailing your police department and asking them to visit you right now? You would answer the door then ask them to protect you and you could then leave, could you not? Is it possible for you to find a private place and call 911 right now to have them escort you away? Sometimes those in power project themselves as more powerful and more all knowing than they really are, based on fear. Does anything prevent you from walking out your door and leaving right this moment?

Please leave everything behind and leave now if you can. Later when under protection you can claim your stuff. If you have a phone you can record voice and video, but that is way less important than you fleeing to safety right now.

Thank you for replying. I have contacted law enforcement. I just can't prove what is happening. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to go anywhere. The last time I tried to get away, I was found. My own family has deserted me. They don't believe what is happening and sit and do nothing. I tell them over and over that people are doing these things and they ignore it. I am completely alone. But, for God. I know that He is with me. I can feel His presence. He has kept me throughout this happening. But, I have no family or anyone that I can trust who supports me when it comes to this. It doesn't affect them, so they don't care.

Hi Sharina, glad to see your response. It sounds like you have the freedom to leave but are choosing not to, because you lack money, am I understanding this right? But if you are in danger of physical harm, money should be irrelevant. Someone in an emergency first escapes the danger, then once you get to safety, you then can collect yourself and trust God and others to help you find shelter, food, water, and get on your feet. Lack of money does not prevent anyone from escaping. There are so many charities, churches, and organizations designed to help someone exactly in your situation- does anything prevent you from calling them right now to see if they can help you today?

But even if nothing was available I would do absolutely anything to escape and would trust God that he will provide a place for you to go. The concern of lack of money should not be important enough to keep someone in an unsafe and unnecessary situation. I am praying for you.
