Do God loves the devil even though the devil is the father of lies and sin.

My son Moses asked me this question and I didn't know how to answer it.

I know we are taught to love everyone.

But God is the ruler of everything.

    Dear Felicia,

I it says think that God both loves and hates, as the Scriptures does mention places where it says He is loving. (1John4:7-11 is one example.) And there are places in Scripture that says that God hates. ( Malachi 13 is an example) God loves and hates with perfection. He does not misuse either, ever.

I think that God loves everything and everyone that He creates. He hates all evil, rebellion, and sin.

    .

Yet God is much more than just love and hate. He is perfect in all of His attributes. So, He is absolutely perfectly just, righteous, pure, holy, good, merciful, compassionate, benevolent, etc. So, His thoughts about Satan are multifaceted beyond simply loving and hating. He always thinks, wills, and does what is right. He has no evil in Himself so He cannot have evil intentions towards anyone. But He does execute His anger and wrath in perfect ways, never in evil ways.

    Hope this helps.

Dear "Felicia phillips" The devil and his companions were cast out of heaven. God has not love for those who exalted, He has created everything after all. So a place in God must also have a picture of them, at least from the beginning. That is, hatred is probably not, but Must Endure those conditions.

Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Proverbs 18:12 12 Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.

    Ezekiel 28:11-19

God Is Unique. Good luck and be glad, am sure u find word :D. Stay blessed in Jesus holy name. Love u in Christ
