Abraham was 75 when He left for Canaan from his birth place in Mesopotamia. Ishmael was born after the time in Egypt during the famine. So, depending how long they were in Egypt, Abraham was most likely between 76 and 86 when Ishmael was born. See Genesis 16. We are told that Ishmael was still a youth when he and his mother, Hagar, were sent away when Isaac was weaned (Abraham, aged 103 or so).
