    Why did KJV add the word brother to 2nd Samuel 21:19?

    * 1Chronicles 20:5, 2Samuel 21:19, the 1611 version of KJV also translates "brother of Goliath..."

    Goliath was already deceased, 1Samuel 17, 1Samuel 21:9, 1Samuel 22:10,
