Why is their no John 3:37

i feel like rebutalling my own comment's lol, weird to see such a statement, gots to be a first, somehow..

anyway's, uhmm, i would like to impart the book of James, which talks about work's alot..

i agree with James, and God, because, if God sees fit, for everyone to have a fair chance at Life

and in the mind of God, clearly, day by day, plentious opportunities, to get to know Him, somehow, someway

and a person still stubborns their own heart and will, and refuses, for whatever reason, (pride being #1)

most likely, not wanting too look stupid in front of people, or whatever, a person refuses to humble themself

than i don't know, you know, maybe what is written is written, and child-like Faith, is that precious to God

where God in His wisdom, sees the simplicity of Faith, and the avenue of receiving it's pardon, not being too

hard in reality, just simply to humble yourself, before God and man, somehow and in someway, maybe such

a person deserves damnation, i guess, i don't really know, you know, maybe the Mission of the Gospel, afterall

if such be the reality, is a Grand Mission, to be pursued afterall than, that is, too say, IMPORTANT, and has unique

inner working's of intricate measures of varying degrees of importunity to WAKEN a person out of the slumber of sin

and the death course it's on, and it's many avenues of death course, that is, love of money, self, and pleasure and

the vast many other categories, (These are just CATEGORIES, mind you..) that exist, such as lust of eyes, flesh and pride..

maybe the MISSION is a mission afterall, too "PREACH" in such a Way, that awaken's people out of the deadness of self,

into the NEWNESS of LIVING FREE, and GIVING FREE, and REJOICING FREE, in the knowledge of HEAVEN, and the Disturbance

of the dead soul in the hopes of the awakened Spirit of God upon them, to Hearken unto the Call too be Reborn, such be a

reality, unto Eternal Life and out of Eternal Damnation, aiy, it just seems too Harsh and Strict...

I wouldn't recommend reading those teachings outside the Bible, it's comparable to the original sin, the search for wisdom of good & evil. Romans 16:17-18, 2Timothy 3:16-17,

However I have read & studied several books in the 1611 version on this site that were removed later. I recommend looking into those

i don't know, just something random thought's i've had over time...

as the Old Testament say's, if there is a prophet among you, i will reveal myself to him in a dream or vision..

and i've sorta had one... it was kinda like a dream and a vision.. to be honest, as far as i remember..

it was the NAME JESUS, in vivid white letter's, and it was powerful, and it was conveying that He would save everyone, somehow someday, in what way i am not too sure, but it's not exactly in connection with Revelation, so maybe it's something to shy away from, but just kind of going out on a limb here obviously, and sharing my thought's, as i've have been a Bible thumper of the original 66 books for a long time now, and am interested to find out what the Catholic Bible and other Texts have to say, such as LDS scriptures and so forth..

i don't know, just thought i'd share some random stuff, while at the same time, not trying to disobey, add or take away from these word's, God will take away his share from the Tree of Life, not trying to do that either, so go figure the crucifying thought's of my mind as to how to share why i wrote what i wrote about John 3:37,

In original texts there weren't numbers, so as a convenience they were numbered by verses to make it easy to reference and study. I believe some translations group some verses differently than others. I don't believe it's a matter of anything "missing" but a matter of organization. Sometimes when you see something "missing" it may appear in the previous verse. That is my opinion. God bless.

Sometimes not all of the disciples were present with each other, when Jesus taught something.

There is something called HARMONY of the Gospels because four disciples were seeing and hearing the same thing so the scriptures will be written very similar or very differently IF one of them was not present at the time and their writings will not be worded identically.

They were not all together when they wrote the books for the Bible that they were canonized the same. The times or years of the writing could be different too.

It helps greatly to be using A REFERENCE BIBLE. The ones with a CENTER OF EACH PAGE REFERENCE COLUMN, will have tiny "a-b-c" notes that point to a similar passage, a prophesy, or additional information (like a harmony scripture).

John 3:36****

These were quotes of Jesus. In answer to your question, Book of John never had a verse 37 in Chapter 3.

That's why most of us are using The King James Bible. It makes studying easier, conversation, interpretation easier.

You sound like a good student. Treat yourself to Reference Study version of the KJB Bible.

Is that verse in another translation? Was that a scripture added after the findings of the Dead Sea Scrolls? Is there a footnote?
