I messed things up really badly with my ex. I still love him and id give anything in a heartbeat to be able to be with him again. Pls pray for him to forgive me and desire a relationship with me again. All I want is a second chance to be a better girlfriend to him, and hopefully his wife someday. He was so good to and for me and id give anything to be with him again. Praying he reaches out to me so our relationship may be restored.

Dear Kelsie, I so understand your current pain. I began dating my ex at 17 and we were together for 4 years. As Christians, we often talked about the life we would have together when we got married and had children. We talked about the ministry we would hope to do as a married couple. But after one semester at a 4 year college and he decided he wanted to date other women. i was crushed, yet understood that he needed to decide for himself what he wanted. I went around dazed and confused and deeply grieved for some time. I did not understand how God would allow this relationship to end after 4 years. It was so heartbreaking! After a while, I met the man who became my husband and my ex married a woman we went to high school with. It has been 64 years and over the years I think of him from time to time. I always pray for God to bless him and his wife with a happy marriage and family life. Early on I had to remind myself that he did not belong to me, but to God, and he didn't choose me for what ever reason (I never got a reason). So, my advice is to live in the present, though painful, and let God have His way with you to make you into the right woman for the man who will become your husband. It may be this ex of your or it may be not, but the important thing is to desire to be the woman God wants you to be.

Dear Heavenly Father, I ask that You come so close to Kelsie right now and comfort her in this loss of the one she loves so dearly. Be with her as she grieves through this. I ask that you will prepare both Kelsie and this ex to become the best woman and man for the spouse that You wish for them to marry. If it be Your will, Lord, bring these two back together with a commitment based on love for you first and foremost. I ask that You answer Kelsie's desire here in the best way for both her and this ex-boyfriend. May You be glorified in each of their lives. We ask these things Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.
