    If ya wanna be a voice in the wilderness like John the Baptist you are gonna be persecuted...Jesus always preached count the Cost its gonna cost ya everything...Them that live Godly in Christ Jesus shall be persecuted...Paul said i have suffered the loss of all thing and do but count them but dung that i might win Christ etc...Alex

    What you said reminds me of Slow Train Comin' by Bob Dylan The Slow Train is Jesus.

    Sometimes I feel so low-down and disgusted

    Can't help but wonder what's happenin' to my companions

    Are they lost or are they found?

    Have they counted the cost it'll take to bring down

    All their earthly principles they're gonna have to abandon?

    There's a slow, slow train comin' up around the bend...
