I need a heart transformation from God. I need to be more compassionate and empathetic with my wife and all people. I have a extremely hard time with communication and opening up. It's difficult to ask others about their feelings. I know it's prideful and I repented but I need to change. I don't know how. Please pray for healing in our marriage and for God to bless our therapist with wisdom and direction.
Dear Jim, I will pray for you and your marriage today.
Dear heavenly Father, we ask that You help Jim learn to communicate better with those in his sphere, especially with his wife. Guide their therapist with Your wisdom so that the therapist can truly help Jim and his wife. Give Jim's wife understanding to know Jim's personality better. Help Jim to become more outgoing with his wife so that she is able to feel duly loved and cherished. Keep both Jim and his wife from shutting each other out, but to have determination to see this time through in their marriage.
Father, we ask for Your mercy in this situation so that this marriage can be restored and remade in positive, godly ways. We ask You these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.
Please Lord God only You know Jim heart and his love for you and his wife. Please release the guilt and shame from him that he will have peace in Christ Jesus. Please transform him into a testimony for you I pray in Jesus Christ name. Please release any generational curse in his family that was manifest in failed marriages, sickness, poverty and shady behaviors I pray in Jesus Christ name
Please consider reflecting on Psalms 51, Romans 7, and Hebrews 11.
