    God Bless you.

"how often in scripture does God refer to Israel as saints?"

I don't have your answer because it is a big answer.

Here is how you can study words used in scripture and the variety of words translated into the English word 'saint':

Get ahold of a Young's Analytical Concordance and each origin word translated into Saint from Genesis to Revelation is listed.

A great word study is 'Receive' or 'Recieved' in the book of Acts because two very important and different words were used and both have a unique significance so sometimes the answer is bigger than the question here.

You will see different Hebrew and Greek words listed for each occurence.

Young's Concordance offers an easy way to see exactly what you are asking.

    hopes this helps.

Saints today have holy spirit so if you did Romans 10:9 you are Sanctified and made holy with the spirit of God that dwells in you. Colossians 1:27.
