    Love this chapter. What I love also, is Matthew Henry's commentary. How he could see Christ through every scripture, even in the Old Testament. When he talks about the Eternal second of the Godhead, it makes me sit back, and just think about Gods Glory. How many times, do we just sit back, during our Bible reading time, and just spend 10 minutes, thinking and relishing in GodsGlory, and all that he is

    I tell those who believe Jesus is the Son of God but not God's equal that they just have a hard time understanding how God the Son and God the Father are One God because the nature of God cannot be comprehended in human terms. To illustrate how the Godhead is not something that can be described in earthly terms I like to point to Ezekiel 1 where we see a visual image of the invisible God, but not an image that can be comprehended in human terms.
