    The latter verses of Joel 2, starting in verse 28, make reference to dreams and visions. The spirit of God is to be poured out upon ALL flesh. It doesn't say that only believers will receive the Holy Spirit. It says that ALL will receive Him. I am 35 years old, and I have had dreams and visions, and heard voices since I was 15. Many people in our society are stuck in mental institutions because of this, and it is heartbreaking to know that God's prophets are locked up, doped up, and rendered useless. I was on medication for years because my way of thinking is socially unacceptable. If you are reading this, I hope it sinks in. Maybe you have experienced the voices, the dreams, the visions.
