Yes they are the Muslim and Ezekiel 43;1-6 declare so read carefully he wants people from the east build the temple,in verse7

And he said , son of man the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever, and my holy name SHAL THE HOUSEOF ISRAEL NO MORE DEFILE,neither they ,nor the kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcasses, of their king in high places.

Read carefully and see how GOD CHANGE his mind.

Now Jerusalem was desolate because whoever was there is not recognize by GOD in 630 AD read history so you can how the Muslim grow.

John;4;23 24 But the hour come and now, when the true worshippers shall worship THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH:

For the father seeketh such to worship him

GOD IS A SPIRIT AND THEY THAT HIM MUST WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH

Now how do you worship GOD almighty the creator of heaven and earth

I can see how Islam has grown & spread since its inception, but can you honestly use Ezekiel 43:1-6 relating it to Muslims building the temple? I've read the passage many times, indeed the whole Book of Ezekiel, but I note that it's the "glory of the God of Israel" that will one day enter in "from the way of the east". From chapters 40 to the end, we read the prophecies concerning Israel during the Millenial Kingdom (the new Temple, God's Glory returned, new Service of Worship, & a new Holy Land). It will be a time when Israel & all those saved through Christ's Blood will be in that Holy City - all others, including Muslims who reject Jesus Christ, debarred.

Now how this Temple & its similarities to the old (under the Covenant of Law) fit together is still unknown: whether only symbolic by its presence or operational under the New Covenant, with changes, is unclear. But the prophecy is given & since that time, no temple of such magnitude has been built. It gave meaning & hope to the exiles that they would be released & one day Israel would be re-established in their God-given land. As well, I couldn't comprehend what John 4:23,24 has to do with the above, seeing that Jesus was speaking about His Presence amongst them & the coming Holy Spirit.
