Genesis 1: 10 "and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas"

"he Seas" is a typo? Or is there some other meaning?

    The Third Day

9And God said, "Let the waters under the sky be gathered into one place, so that the dry land may appear." And it was so.

10God called the dry land "earth," and the gathering of waters He called "seas." And God saw that it was good.

11Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth vegetation: seed-bearing plants and fruit trees, each bearing fruit with seed according to its kind." And it was so.

    Psalm 33:7

He piles up the waters of the sea; He puts the depths into storehouses.

    Psalm 95:5

The sea is His, for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land.

    Psalm 146:6

the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He remains faithful forever.

Genesis makes more sense when we read it very slowly and consider what scripture says. It's much easier with

A REFERENCE BIBLE, That has Center Columns with the abc notations to other passages that give the first scripture read, deeper meaning. It is a great investment if you want to know the whole story. Some notes will lead you to prophesies about Jesus.

No Stephen, that's not a typo. It's just another (archaic) way of saying, 'the gathering together of the waters he called, Seas'.
