Hello Mary. There were two Enochs mentioned in the Bible. The first one is given in Genesis 4:16-18: after Cain went to dwell in the land of Nod, he 'knew' his wife, & she bore a son, Enoch. We don't know Cain's wife's name.
Then in Genesis 5:18, following in the godly line of Seth, we read of Jared. And a son was born to him, named Enoch. Again, the wife is not mentioned, as was often the case - possibly to confine the lineage to the male descendants & how people were 'categorized' in those days (i.e. son of a father). And Genesis chapter 5 goes on to share a little more of this Enoch, that he was a godly man & God had taken him to Heaven before the end of his days (vv 21-24).
