, Colossians 1:27 I haven't noticed on this forum many sharings on the

Subject of Christ in us the hope of Glory which is the spiritual power it's

Available to walk in against the spiritual powers we deal with. We who are

Born again Saints are viewed by God our Father as more than conquer sons

And daughters and Jesus Christ our head Spiritual brother. Put on His armor

God's Word Ephesians 6 and conquer in Love.

    Hello again Henry.

I think this is a wonderful topic to discuss here! Christ in us, our hope of Glory!

First of all, Jesus is our only hope for any glory in the life to come.

Secondly, He lives in us through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, so we taste this hope by His presence. This is our guarantee that we will receive a future hope, since we have a present hope of Christ in us.

Thirdly, the content of our hope is a number of things:

    a. to share in Jesus' glory in the next life.

    b. the redemption of our bodies in the resurrection

    c. the removal of the sinful nature and sinfulness from our souls

    d. seeing Jesus face to face in the next life.

    e. having a fuller understanding of the greatness of God

    f. the joy and satisfaction that will come to us in the next life as we receive the completion of our salvation

    g. the reception of the riches and treasures prepared for us since before the creation

    h. the culmination of all that God has planned for the redeemed to His praise

Fourthly, our hope is not wishful thinking, but a hope based in certainty that God is true to His Word and will not disappoint us or fail us. He is faithful and able to fulfill all that He has promised.

Fifthly, we receive this hope when we believe in Jesus for our salvation. It is implanted in us by the Holy Spirit.

Henry, I am sure that others will have better things to say than I have here. I look forward to reading what others say on this most excellent topic.

    Oh and Henry,

I must add the "blessed hope" of Christ's return in glory.
