Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. Reading the entire Book of Hebrews tells us that the Jews rejected these valuable teachings back then. Now many Jews today accepted the truth about what Jesus did on the cross. The trueagedbelievers are not a babe anymore. We are in the Kingdom of God for a long time. We are working to be holy because we know we are already saved until the Lord Jesus Christ will come and take us alive or dead n Christ. Something to be excited about. I cannot emphasized enough that once a true believer enters into the Kingdom of God you are God's children. Yes you will have afflictions, yes you will be mocked, yes you will have people around you who does not fully understand the power of God, yes we have unbelievers around us, then it is up to each of us how to show the Glory of God is in us. I read a few comments here and there in this site and I can only pray with the help of the true saints here that we all speak the same thing about the Kingdom of God and heaven above. There is no going back when you are a true believer. The struggles with flesh is your own will not of God. When you are with God you know everything. Be patient because good character is a work of a lifetime and as you aged you can reflect and say "oh that is what it meant to be." Let God do all the work. Jesus already won!
