    what do you do when you want to pray but you cant seem to open your mouth, but in your mind your praying

    I hope I haven't misunderstood the question.

    Are you asking if an unspoken prayer is valid? I pray in my mind a lot when im alone.

    This is an example of Hannah, who's lips may have moved but her voice wasnt heard. It's sort of the same.

    1Samuel 1:13

    And scripture also tells us to pray without ceasing. I could be wrong but I imagine a lot of that would be silent unspoken prayer, in our minds.
