why do i feel so fear full when i didn't do anything wrong
  • Giannis - In Reply - 2 years ago
    Dear Olivia

Firstly you have to have to find out what is it you fear for?

Is it that you feel quilty about things you have done but repented and asked to be forgiven? Then you'd better forget them since God Himself has forgotten them. Sometimes we have a guilty concience (without any reason) that does not allow us to enjoy our relationship with God.

Is it that you don't feel you walk in front of God perfectly? Nobody does. We all have our struggles in our christian life, our ups and downs, but we still keep going, this is the most important thing to do. Keep going nomatter what you have done and how you feel, things will eventually become better. God is on our side to help us, not to condemn us. He wants to get His children to the end, to Heaven.

Is it that circumstances in life make you frightened about the present and future? You have to trust and rest in God's Word. Faith in God is increased by reading and listening to God's Word. Be in company with fellow christians to get support, christians should not be loners in no case.

Maybe you can not locate where your fear comes from? Ask God to reveale it to you and how to get rid of it.

I think it is you that can help youself, with God's grace and strength.. Have a Blessed day.

Dear God Father in heaven, you who have created all things and know all things. Fill us with Your peace and joy Lord, so that we always may praise You God Almighty. After Your will. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen Romans 4:7-8

You are likely having an anxiety attack. An anxiety attack is a misfire in the system that warns you of danger. The system can also misfire when there is no clear reason.

I advise you to draw closer to God, read your Bible, pray, confess any sins you remember committing and for those you have forgotten or don't even know you've committed.

Ps. 56:3 What time I am afraid, I will trust in You.

Also, getting busy with something--housework, a craft or a hobby--while you pray will go toward calming you down. Been there done that.

    God bless you!
